This is my Job and Employer Tracking System, where I can keep track of potential employers, companies, job postings from various sources, a contact list for recruiters, company HR departments, LinkedIN associates, or whatever other sources that may come up.

It also includes the best part, in my opinion, which is the communications page - where I can track all communications from any sources, flag for follow-up where necessary, and refer back to the particular contact and/or job posting the communication is linked to.
